For a great ride, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel to keep you comfortable during your workout. If you have cycling shoes, bring them. We provide everything else you need for a smooth experience, including bikes with cages or SPD clips to accommodate your footwear.
Do you provide cycling shoes, or should I bring my own?
Yes! We have limited rental cycling shoes for you to use during class. Our bikes are also equipped with cages that allow you to slide your feet in with regular athletic shoes. If you already have cycling shoes, bring them! Our bikes feature SPD and Delta clips on the reverse side for a secure fit.
What is your phone policy?
For a great class experience, we ask that people refrain from texting or using their cellphones at all times during class. The only exception is if you are recording a video or taking a photo. Also, please refrain from talking or distracting others during class.
What is the recommended attire for classes?
We recommend wearing moisture-wicking athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Expect to sweat a lot! Most girls tend to wear leggings or biker shorts, and a tank top. Men tend to wear shorts with compression leggings and T-shirt. Breathable tops will help keep you cool. Bring comfortable athletic socks.

We play all kinds of music and feature artists from all backgrounds. From rock n’ roll to pop, and oldies to EDM, we’ve got it all. But let's be real—many of our tracks include club beats, rap, and explicit tracks. If you’re not into it, no hard feelings—but we’re here to ride and we don’t give a damn about the bad words!
