CLASS FORMATS
While our classes range in difficulty, they are designed to be achievable for all skills levels.
Workout is 40-45 minutes in length with a short cool down afterwards, unless otherwise noted.

This basic rhythm-format is designed to give you a full-body HIIT workout while engaging in various RPMs and power pushes. Meant to be 40-45 min in length.

◌ Foundation
The foundation format is designed for beginners and all levels. This format utilizes slower speeds and less intense pushes. This ride is also good for recovery or more seated riding.

◌ Performance
An all out performance of skill and agility, this format pushes the limits. Utilizing various choreography, races, and intense power pushes, this workout will challenge you in new ways.

◌ Express Ride (30 min)
With no time for warm up, this format is designed to give you a large burst of power in a short amount of time. It’s 3, 2, 1, launch!

◌ Endurance Ride (60 min)
Designed to inspire new goals and go the distance, this format is for those looking to build their strength, cardiovascular and endurance skills.

Mixed with a variety of arms and bands, this format utilizes 3 songs to tone your core and upper body throughout the ride. Get ready to flex and feel fabulous.

Connect to the music and disconnect from the stats. This HIIT based rhythm workout allows you to go deeper into mind, body, and soul. Forget the numbers, you’re going to feel this one later.

◌ Silver Sneakers (30 min)
A slower, mostly seated workout tailored for seniors or older folks, focusing on form and steady pacing. Enjoy a fun and supportive environment while listening to classic hits and throwback music.
